RETURNS

*Due to the personal intimate hygienic nature of our bottoms, they are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange*

However, please email customerservice@thebutco.com with any issues or concerns you may have. We are always here to help resolve any problems. 

*Please be sure to include your order number on all email correspondence, so we can specifically locate and reference your order.


RETURN POLICY 

theBUTco. will be happy to return/exchange any regular priced, non-discontinued, unused items that are not bottoms or part of our PERIOD line tops (as they are custom made to order). We'll need your items to be in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn, with the hangtag still attached. And don't forget we need your proof of purchase. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means we'll need to you create your return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order.

All exchanged merchandise will be charged a re-shipping fee unless it was shipped or invoiced incorrectly by our company.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@thebutco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*All bottoms (underwear, leggings, tights and shorts) water bottles, gift cards/e-cards, item purchased by third party sellers and sale/clearance/markdown items are all final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange*

PRE-ORDER POLICY

The purpose of a pre-order is to ensure that the correct quantity/sizing/colour of a product is ordered through our manufacturer. Therefore, once a pre-order is placed, changes to that order are not permitted. Pre-orders can take up to 8-10 weeks to be processed and sent. An email will be sent once the pre-order product has been shipped to each customer. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
